The Space Agency said a patron who close the Taurus XL rocket is not detached as planned at the time of three minutes after it was launched at 5.09 am local time (17.09 WIB).
NASA did not give more details regarding the failure of the launch, but a press conference is scheduled to take place at 08: 00 pm local time (8 pm).
The satellite was intended to give the Glory of information for scientists related how the Sun and the atmosphere particles called aerosols can affect Earth's climate.
The satellite and rocket made by Orbital Sciences Corp.
