(Ditjen) Pajak mengakui belum menerima laporan soal adanya surat Ditjen Pajak Pusat Analisa Pelaporan Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) mengenai anggota DPR Bambang Soesatyo. Bahkan Ditjen Pajak yang baru Fuad Rahmany juga tak tahu soal itu.

"Kita belum tahu, bapak (Fuad Rahmany) juga belum tahu," kata Direktur Penyuluhan dan Humas Ditjen Pajak Euis Fatimah di kantor pajak, Jl. Gatot Soebroto, Senin (24/1/2011).

Euis mengatakan ia baru mengetahui hal semacam itu baru dari media. Ia meminta agar Fuad Rahmany, sebagai ditjen pajak yang baru diberi waktu selama seminggu untuk melakukan konsolidasi.

Sebelumnya beredar surat dari Ditjen Pajak kepada Pusat Analisa Pelaporan Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) perihal pajak anggota Komisi III Bambang Soesatyo. Surat berkop Ditjen Pajak itu bertanggal 23 Maret 2010 dan ditandatangani Dirjen Pajak yang saat itu dijabat Mochamad Tjiptardjo.

Surat yang sudah beredar di kalangan wartawan itu sejak Minggu (24/1/2011) menjelaskan perihal permintaaan transaksi keuangan atas nama Bambang Soesatyo. Surat itu berkop Departemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia Direktorat Jenderal Pajak lengkap dengan alamat dan nomor telepon. Surat bernomor SR-21/PJ/2010 itu bersifat SEGERA. Hal surat adalah Permintaan Data-Data Transaksi Keuangan an. Bambang Soesatyo.

Dalam surat itu disebutkan, Bambang yang kelahiran September 1962 itu beralamat di Bukit Duri Utara No 29, RT 10 RW O1 Tebet, Jaksel ini, disebutkan tidak memasukkan SPT tahunan PPh pribadi pada 2007 dan 2008.

Ditjen Pajak pun meminta data-data mengenai data pendukung berupa transaksi keuangan, karena Bambang, yang juga politisi Golkar memiliki aktiva-aktiva material yang cukup. Surat Tjiptardjo itu ditembuskan juga kepada Menteri Keuangan RI danSatgas Pemberantasan Mafia Hukum.

Surat ini menyebar setelah dikirimkan seorang bernama Eli Cohen. Eli dalam isi emailnya, mengirimkan surat itu kepada Ketua MPR Taufiq Kiemas. Dia mengaku sebagai pegawai Pajak. Dalam suratnya, Eli prihatin atas kasus Gayus Tambunan yang justru membuat instansi Pajak menjadi cemoohan. Dia pun membandingkannya dengan anggota Panja Mafia Pajak Komisi III DPR yang dia sebut ditengarai tidak taat pajak.
